Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The site is operated by Zedlook, trading as Zedlook. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and pricing
We try to display colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice; the price at the time you place the order applies.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud; any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Payments
We accept online payments (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not currently available. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Zedlook name, logo, images, text and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered address have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
